Rare deep blue découpage tiles. Spectacular hand painted dutch tiles from one of the oldest most famous tile houses in Friesland and the whole of NL. These are ‘extras’, ‘cast-offs’ rejected for the tiniest imperfections, but they are absolutely exquisite. I was privileged enough to discover them by chance while the artists were working on them, and there are 30 or so available. They are pricier, €45 each but please contact Miranda if you are interested in buying several and we will see what we can do. The plan was to use these onboard Vaporetto HIPPOPOTAMO. In the end, there was no space(!) The most incredible tiles I’ve ever seen, with a depth of blue that you sink into. p&p incl.
